(VIDEO) Drive Hard (2014) Trailer

John Cusack and Thomas Jane will team up this year for a new heist comedy – “Drive Hard”, a DTV movie set in Australia.  Bad news is it’s a Voltage Pictures deal and if you don’t know what Voltage Pictures means, think ‘people who churn out relentless Seagal DTV muck’, because that’s who is behind it.

Good news is… the trailer doesn’t look too bad, considering.  At least for a DTV.  The budget was $12,000,000.  But will it be Rated-R?  Dead in the water if not, I think.

The synopsis: “A former race car driver turned driver’s training instructor (Jane) is abducted by a mysterious thief (Cusack) and forced to be the wheel-man for a crime that puts both in the sights of the cops and the mob and leads them all on a chase across Australia’s Gold Coast.”
