Check Out This Pic Of Van Damme In Kickboxer Reboot

In somewhat of a coincidence as Sylvester Stallone returns to the property that made him famous soon as a mentor in Creed, so too will Jean Claude Van Damme appear in Kickboxer: Vengeance, playing a mentor to an upcoming fighter in that movie.

This week, Jean Claude Van Damme himself has posted what I believe is the first unofficial shot from this movie.  The film follows Eric and Kurt Sloan, the descendants of a California dynasty of champions. After Eric wins the Karate World Championship, a promoter lures him to Hong Kong despite his brother’s protests. When Eric dies, Kurt turns to his former mentor Master Duran to seek revenge on the vicious Tong Po.

Jean Claude plays Durand, Tong Po is played by Dave Bautista.
