Scott Eastwood Enters Western Genre In ‘Diablo’

scotteastwoodIt looks like Scott Eastwood is sort of following in the footsteps of his daddy (pity Kris Van Damme wouldn’t do the same thing) as he is headed towards the western genre for upcoming movie ‘Diablo’.  A new trailer has been released for the movie.

Even better, Danny Glover is in the movie, which has been fetched by Orion Pictures.  Sounds like good ingredients. Expect this movie on the 8th January, theatrically and on VOD.

A young Civil War veteran named Jackson wakes up to find his beautiful wife kidnapped by a band of ruthless bandits. With killers around every corner, the lines begin to blur between who the good and the bad are, including Jackson. As a final gunfight looms for our hero and he is asked to risk it all to save the woman he loves, this action-packed western takes twists and turns that will break even the hardest of hearts.

Diablo also stars Camilla Belle, Adam Beach, Joaqim de Almeida and, lest there be a Western without a certain Hateful Eight and Django Unchained co-star, actor Walton Goggins.

I’ve liked Walton Goggins ever since The Shield, but he’s been largely wasted in the movies he’s done, in my opinion. That said, with Danny Glover and Clint Eastwood’s sprog, I’m looking forward to this one.

A lot of times sons & daughters of famous people that try to get into movies and TV annoy me. they are just products of nepotism and their lack of talent is evident.
As i am writing this the fat midget annoying asswipe daughter of Ozzy Osbourne is one of the channels for Lord knows what the fuck. Now there’s a perfect example of someone who should be working a cash register at a store and best but because of her father we know who the fuck she is and what’s really fucking annoying is it in their arrogance they come across oblivious to the fact that they haven’t earned anything in life by themselves.

Obviously there are a lot of exceptions like Michael Douglas whom I’m a big fan of. I’ve seen Scott Eastwood and I have to say he seems like a pretty cool guy. if he manages to have a career that’s maybe even half as successful as his father’s… I think it might be a plus for us.

I think Van Damme’s son is afraid of the constant comparisons and maybe failure if he goes into the action genre. what he fails to realize is that it doesn’t matter what genre he goes into, people will always bring up his father.
so if i were him i would be like “fuck it!”
Plus JCVD’s daughter is hot as fuck.
