A Look At Pierce Brosnan In ‘The Foreigner’

Today we have new images (below) from Jackie Chan’s The Foreigner for STX Entertainment. The film, an adaptation of Stephen Leather’s novel The Chinaman, is due for release later this year. Here is the official outline;

This taut thriller stars world-renowned action star Jackie Chan as a humble restaurant owner in London’s Chinatown. On a mission to track down the rogue Irish radicals responsible for his beloved daughter’s death, he’s forced to push his moral and physical boundaries beyond limits to overcome the mysterious foreign power (Pierce Brosnan) standing between him and the truth.

The new images show Brosnan as an ex-IRA volunteer and it has to be said, he looks remarkably similar to a certain current political leader.
