More Good News For The Predator

It’s yet more good news for ‘The Predator’.  Starting with the video above (via SciFied.com), Shane Black once again reaffirms the title’s status as a sequel, saying that it will ‘acknowledge’ Predator and Predator 2.  And even Predators, not that we care too much about that I guess.

He says that the movie will fall between Predator 2 and Predators.  So although he’s being quite casual with the description, this really is, finally, ‘Predator 3’.

And even more good news.

The film will be going out earlier than expected. Originally slated for a March 2nd 2018 release, the film is now being moved up a few weeks to a February 9th 2018 opening opposite ‘Fifty Shades Freed’ and one week ahead of Marvel’s ‘Black Panther’.
