6th ‘Mission’ Set For July 2018

There is no problem with continued sequels in this franchise, because they just seem to keep getting it right.

Paramount Pictures and Skydance Media have announced a July 27th 2018 release date for the sixth installment in the Mission: Impossible franchise.  Production will begin in earnest the spring of 2017 with Christopher McQuarrie, who directed the previous movie returning as director.

Tom Cruise will return with many of the key cast from the last one such as Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Jeremy Renner and likely Ving Rhames.

This should put M:I6 up against the comic book movie Aquaman starring Jason Momoa.  So come on Tom, fight the good fight!
