Thomas Jane In Talks For ‘The Predator’

More Predator news, which is always good because it means the movie isn’t quietly slipping into development hell.

THR reports this that Thomas Jane, who once sarcastically told me that he was blackballed from The Expendables for ‘being too young’, is in final negotiations to join the quickly growing cast of director Shane Black’s The Predator, which has been described as both a reboot and a sequel to the original franchise. The cast thus far includes Keegan-Michael Key, Sterling K. Brown, Trevante Rhodes, Boyd Holbrook and Olivia Munn.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is rumoured.

I have to say that if the cast is Dutch, Jane (my favourite Punisher, to be honest) and Holbrook in a movie directed and co-written by Shane Black, sign me the fuck up.

Who knows, maybe Jane’s fight with 6’10 Kevin Nash might have caught Shane Black’s eye?
