UPDATED: Here’s the premise and more info on this movie.
“Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) and his son Travis Welker (Jamie Kennedy) find themselves up to their ears in Graboids and Ass-Blasters when they head to Canada to investigate a series of deadly giant-worm attacks. Arriving at a remote research facility in the artic tundra, Burt begins to suspect that Graboids are secretly being weaponized, but before he can prove his theory, he is sidelined by Graboid venom. With just 48 hours to live, the only hope is to create an antidote from fresh venom — but to do that, someone will have to figure out how to milk a Graboid!”
Tremors 6 will be released on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD in 2018 from Universal 1440 Entertainment, a production entity of Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.
PREVIOUSLY: If you were holding out on those rumors of Amazon doing something big with Kevin Bacon with the Tremors franchise, maybe the following is not a good sign and telling us that that may not happen.
They’re making Tremors 6, with Don Michael Paul also returning to direct. Michael Gross is of course reprising the role of monster-hunter Burt Gummer, with Kennedy playing his sidekick Travis Welker, and we’ve got a feeling that the plot is going to center on them killing Graboids. You can quote us on that because, well, what else would they be doing?!
