Ridley Scott Plans Battle Of Britain Movie

Ridley Scott is preparing development of a Battle of Britain feature movie which he plans to direct and produce for 20th Century Fox.

Matthew Orton will write the script for the movie about the aerial battle over the shores of Britain ahead of Operation Sea Lion.

This could be quite good, I’ve always wondered what a WW2 movie directed by Scott would be like.

The project was set up at Scott Free and Safe House Pictures last year.  Aside from Alien: Covenant, Scott also has kidnap drama All the Money in the World as his next project.
