UPDATED: It looks like The Rock’s feud with Tyrese Gibson was not that, as suspected, rather per the speculation below, a one-way issue. Asked about the problem with Gibson, Rock’s basic response was… Who? Wha?
This week, Johnson was asked about the beef during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” and explains where things sit now:
“That whole thing with Tyrese, it was pretty disappointing because I had been friends with Tyrese for a very long time. I always feel like a beef requires two people to actually jump in it, and it was pretty one-sided and he had voiced his opinion a lot on social media. Apparently, he was going through some stuff, too, in his personal life. But, no, we haven’t talked and I don’t see where we would and, to me, there’s no need to have a conversation.”
PREVIOUSLY: The feud between Tyrese Gibson and uh… I don’t know, Universal I suppose, or no-one, continues. In theory it’s between he and The Rock, but naturally The Rock no-sells Gibson’s pouting. This time, Gibson has upped the ante (in his own mind)…
Hello world………. hello loyal fans and loved ones from OUR fast universe…….. So what’s funny about this is, obviously, Gibson actually believes he’s on the same level as The Rock. Or if we’re to be more realistic, he knows The Rock probably won’t be in the movie in the first place, and is making a lame attempt to make it look like Universal chose Gibson.
Actually, even if Vin Diesel made this type of threat, Universal would probably still pick The Rock.
