‘THE EXPENDABLES: A CHRISTMAS STORY’ CAST UPDATE

Recent talk of The Expendables 4 has turned out to be its spin off, The Expendables: A Christmas story, primarily centered on Jason Statham’s character Lee Christmas.  Separate rumors appeared to confirm the involvement of new and old faces (such as Arnold Schwarzenegger).

It turns out that Schwarzenegger in particular is not in this movie.  Here is what Sylvester Stallone has said since on Instagram:

What’s known for sure is that Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone and Randy Couture are in this film, which will shoot somewhere in Europe.  Given that Sylvester Stallone was supposed to be filming Little America in September 2021, unless that has been delayed, it’s possible Stallone and others could appear infrequently in the movie.  It is a spin off after all.
